TRANSCRIPTS & DIPLOMAS

Students will receive 1 diploma and 2 transcripts upon graduation. Extra transcripts may be purchased for $10.00 each and extra diplomas for $25.00 each. 

To purchase extra diplomas, certificates or diplomas, complete the Reissue document on our website and return it to us with correct payment. 

If you need a name change on your documents, complete the Petition for Name Change document on the website and return it to us with the proper documentation and correct payment. Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt for these items to be mailed.

All academic and financial requirements must be satisfactorily completed before degrees or Transcripts are issued.
